Scottish Highland Infantry Officer’s Basket Hilt Broadsword

Original sword, 33 inch blade with brass PROVED disk. Blade shows some etching pattern remaining but has been repeatedly cleaned and much has worn away. Hilt has leather cover and double twist wire intact. Removable bun pommel holds basket and tassel. Comes with leather covered field scabbard as well as steel nickel plated dress scabbard with ball finial.
