ORDERING


  1. Do I have to register on your website to shop?

    Yes. You need to register AND fill out your Billing and Shipping address so that our system can add proper taxes, and we are able to quote you for shipping costs.

  2. I was registered on your old website. Do I have to register again?

    Yes please.

  3. Why can't I Add to Cart and pay right away?

    Due to the unique nature of our products, our system does not automatically calculate the shipping costs. Which is why you are submitting an Order so we can quote you on shipping costs based on the shipping address you provide.
  4. How long will it take to get the Quote for shipping?

    We do our best to provide the shipping quote on the same day, or within 24 hours. You will get an email notification that your quote has been APPROVED with a link to log in to your account and view the Quote. There, you can Move the Quote to Order and Proceed to checkout to pay.
  5. How long do I have to pay?

    You have exactly 48 hours from the time we Approve your quote to pay. We will send you an email reminder after 24 hours.
  6. Can I buy more of each item?

    No. Our items are unique and we have only one of each at the time.
  7. I want to order an item, but I get this notice "This product is currently not available"


    This means that another customer has already ordered the item and still has to pay for it. Our system removes items from the website only after payment is complete. But make sure to come back to our website as we keep adding new items daily!


PAYMENTS

  1. Can I pay online using my credit card?

    Yes. We offer secure online payments through Moneris. When you choose to pay with a credit card, you will be taken to Moneris secure website to complete the payment. We accept VISA and Mastercard.
  2. Can I pay using Interac e-transfer?

    Yes. When you Proceed to Checkout you will see instructions for for e-transfer. Please make sure to INCLUDE YOUR NAME AND QUOTE NUMBER so we can match the payment to the correct order
