How to shop on the Collector’s Source website

We have implemented changes to our website protect security and privacy information of our customers, and added secure online payments. You can now pay directly on our website using a credit card.

As each of our products is unique, we have to quote you for the shipping costs. You will receive an email with the cost of shipping and link to come back to our website and pay. The process is simple:

Browse our website and Add to Order.

CREATE ACCOUNT

Please Create Account and enter the correct billing shipping address. You will receive a Confirmation Email with a link to your account on our website. Click on the link and add your password.

We need your address to calculate shipping costs and taxes.

SUBMIT ORDER

Submit your order to obtain a shipping quote. We prepare the quotes at the end of the day, so please don't expect an instant reply.

RECEIVE SHIPPING QUOTE

We will email you the Quote for shipping and any applicable taxes.
There will be a link to log in to our website to open the Quote.

NOTE: Your Quote will expire in 48 hours. We will send you a reminder after 24 hours.

LOGIN AND PAY

When you log in and see the Quote, you will see a red button “Proceed to Checkout” Click on this button, and you will be taken through our secure online payment system.
- you can pay with a credit card (VISA, Mastercard) through our Moneris secure online payments;
- send e-transfer to our email;
- international customers can send bank wire transfer (please ask us for details).

NOTE: When paying e-transfer or bank transfer, please indicate your Order Number, Name and Email so we can associate the payment with the correct order.
