Original Mauser 1871/84 Infantry Manufactured at Danzig arsenal 1887. Prussian marked Crown over FW. Serial numbers match including last 2 digits on almost all small parts and screws. Stock has an old refinish and no markings remain. Blue finish on barrel is very good with minor wear. Receiver is polished bright. Butt tang has regimental marking 50.R.14.193. Bore is very good plus. Action functions crisply. Original 11 x 60R black powder (.43 Mauser). Very well made and a marvel of German engineering not sustainable during later wars. Not an antique firearm, PAL required to purchase.
