Model 1941 Johnson Semi-automatic rifle WWII vintage in 30-06 cal. Interesting history and very researchable. This example is complete and shows usual wear and tear seen on Johnson rifles imported into Canada in the 1960’s. Well marked on top of receiver and Cranston Arms logo at right hand rear of action. Metal parkerized finish is grey overall and very good with wear to edges. Bore is good only, worn rifling with some corrosion and bright in spots. Barrel serial number does not match rifle but they were never intentionally matched. Wood stock shows cracking typical of this rifle with pinned repair. Handguard has crack as well. Wood has been cleaned and refinished. Uncommon US military rifle. PAL required to purchase.
