East German double barrel flare pistol stripped

Aluminum frame heavily painted gloss black with proof marks still clearly visible. Believed to be East German manufacture and use. Similar in design to the Luftwaffe double barrel flare pistol of WWII fame but the barrels start very thick at the receiver end and are stepped down rather than tapered. No internal parts. This is how they were surplussed. Interesting Cold War relic.
