Thought to be French original early round cannonball type grenade used in WW1. Three inch diameter iron ball grenade with large threaded hole for fuze. Interior does not appear to be segmented. Fuze is threaded as well and fits the threaded hole but does not screw in tightly. It appears to have a hole for wick type fuze. Interesting artifact, empty and inert.
