Called “Second Production” this series of bayonets was produced during the Viet Nam war for use on 12 gauge trench shotguns. Marked on the cross guard Gen Cut for General Cutlery Inc. and US M1917 as well as Defence Acceptance Stamp (DAS). Black plastic grips. Parkerized blade factory sharpened. Supplied in plastic scabbard manufactured by VZM (Viz Manufacturing Company). Excellent condition.
