Also called the 2 band or Sergeant’s model. BSA 1872 manufacture with WD on butt tang and regimental marking 30 over 153. Steel butt plate and fittings. Birmingham stock cartouche is clearly visible. 30 ¾ inch barrel has Good to Very Good bore condition, some shine with frosting (corrosion) and some rifling visible. Bar on barrel bayonet lug for mounting Pattern 1860 Yataghan bayonet. Original early cleaning rod and firing pin protector on chain.
