Authentic US Civil War era bayonet manufactured by Remington, but not marked by them, for the Remington contract rifled musket of 1862. Cast brass grip and muzzle ring. Steel blade in very good condition. Comes with original brass mounted leather scabbard missing frog stud. The leather is sound but stitching coming apart slightly as shown in photo.
