Early Type B rifle with solid forestock, no lightning cuts, Jostam butt pad. Front sight leaf is Marble SHEARD. Rear sight is two position flip sight. Bolt head is #3, proofed with C broad arrow. Bore is bright, very good with lots of rifling. Marking on left side of receiver is EAL 2001 with no calibre marking, no dash, no period between the EAL letters. Blued metal finish.
