Description

Early German WW1 bayonet pressed into use as an “Interim Bayonet” due to shortage of rifles and bayonets at the start of the war. Numerous small shops made these. No maker mark or proof marks. 11 ¾ inch blade. Steel scabbard is well made with seam at back.
