Original Canadian WWII helmet marked P for Police civil defence use by the Air Raid Precautions Service (ARP). Manufactured by General Steel Wares of Toronto on contract for the Department of Pensions and Health, marked GSW D.P. & H. Size 7 1/8. Liner is deteriorating. Very interesting civil defence/home front artifact complete with liner and chinstrap. Very good condition mild steel non-combat shell.
