Original German WWI butcher bayonet with steel scabbard. Very good condition. Uncommon double stamped blade. Maker of the blade blank is Act. Ges. Vorm. / FRISTER & ROSSMAN /BERLIN. The bayonet was finished by J. A. Henckels and their logo of “dancing twins” is overstamped on the previous logo. Fraktur on spine, no cypher. Blade in very good condition, lightly sharpened with very minor nicks. Steel scabbard in very good condition, no dents, unmarked. Original leather belt frog, unmarked.
