Brass case is 47 x 375R and marked 3 Pr IV, with N for Naval use and dated 1941. Primer is present but drilled out. Projectile is crimped into case and marked 3 Pr I/N R, 52. Dated 3/41, P BS. Very interesting and uncommon round with extensive British naval service. Empty and inert.
