Markings are read right to left and translate: Sho 10 3 3 to Showa era year 15, month 3” which is March 1940. The other markings denote the weapon information “8.8 Type, Mortar” and other information indicating the fuze was intended for use on mortars, likely the Type 97 and Type 99 infantry mortars.
