All brass fuze with timing ring not marked with model. Very similar to No. 198 or No. 400 type time fuze as used on naval star shells. Probably interwar era fuze (late 1920 era). Missing closing screw on top of fuze. Comes with fuze cover which has some denting and marked No. 9 in.
