Sold for collection only, not for shooting. N type ammo with CPF 2 48 headstamp and red primer sealer. This Type N ammo features a 232 grain nickel jacketed bullet in cases with thicker than normal necks. This ammo was introduced for long range machine gun use and is NOT SAFE to fire in Lebel or Berthier rifles that have not been modified with a larger chamber. The modified rifles have the letter “N” stamped over the chamber and usually the breech end of the barrel as well. This lot is 5 cartridges. PAL required to purchase.
