British 17th Century Model Cannon

CA$695.00
A very nice and quite large bronze model of a 17th Century British Cannon on a fortress mount. Quite large and heavy. Barrel is 16 inches overall length. Various markings as shown in photos appear to be a maker name W. Co 1812 and 24 broad arrow, probably a model of a 24 pdr gun. The number 1960 may refer to the date this model was made. This cannon is for display only and was not made to be fired. The bore is a casting, not drilled out of solid stock. Very substantial and attractive, sure to become a family heirloom.
