WWII bayonet used on the Mannlicher Carcano 1938 short rifle. These were supplied as folding bayonets intended to be left fixed onto the rifles but later converted to fixed blades and supplied with a scabbard. This example has original scabbard with almost no blue remaining, has been cleaned and shows dent near tip. Bayonet blade in very good condition, wooden grip has cracks. A reasonable example of a very uncommon WWII bayonet.
