US M1 Helmet WW2

Original US M1 WW2 helmet, early fixed bale with seam at front. Original paint and finish. Liner is late WW2 pattern without vent hole at front and has small split to fiberglass at front. Suspension is missing leather sweatband and has only one half of the chinstrap. No leather liner chinstrap present. This is a very good example of the US early WW2 helmet shell for display or restoration and getting harder to find.
