Mills Bomb dummy, Souvenir

Non magnetic aluminum or pewter casting in the general shape of a Mills bomb. Believed to be a war period item and not a modern replica. Unlikely that this had a military use for training or practice because it is not the proper size. There were souvenir items made from metal salvaged from downed German aircraft and sold to benefit veterans associations etc. post war. This may be one of those items. Research required. Solid and inert.
