Original condition, nicely marked on adjusting knob as made by Emil Busch, Rathenow and designated Fernglas 08. This was the standard binoculars of the German army in World War One. Chip out of the brown bakelite eyepiece as shown. Hinge mechanism is frozen from years of not being used but can likely be lubricated and gently coaxed back. Very reasonably priced Imperial German artifact of The Great War.
