Brown Bess India Pattern musket original condition

Exceptional original uncleaned condition Brown Bess musket. Nicely marked lock. Lock works and strong spring. 1809 model reinforced cock complete with original flint. This musket looks like it hasn’t been cleaned or polished since that time. Uniform patina to all brass parts as shown in photo. 39 inch barrel. Stock in very good condition, Board of Ordnance (BO) and broad arrow on left side of butt with number 228 on right side. Stock has proof mark in the wood opposite the touch hole. Left side plate screw is missing the head as shown in photo. Bore is good, some shine. This musket was received LOADED. We have removed the ball (and powder) and include the ball with this sale.
