British Pattern 1853 socket bayonet with scabbard

Designed for the British Pattern 1853 rifle musket, it also fits others including the Snider Enfield conversion of the above rifle. Thumbnail type fuller. Ricasso has 3 line Enfield inspection stamp. Blade in Very Good original condition shows use in the field. Brass mounted leather scabbard in good condition with some service wear. Clearly marked with British broad arrow, WD and numbering on locket.
