British No. 23 WW1 grenade with rifle launching rod

British World War One grenade. Essentially a No. 5 grenade body with No. 23 brass base plug that accepts a launching rod. No maker marking stamped into grenade body. Interesting transitional World War One grenade. Empty and inert.
