French Model 1886/15 Lebel bayonet with cruciform "epee" blade. WW One, brass handle, made without quillon and has simplified press catch. Complete with scabbard in good condition with some surface corrosion. Not numbered. This bayonet fit the French Model 1886 Lebel Infantry rifle and was used by the French in WWI and affectionately called "Rosalie" by the French troops after a popular (but bloodthirsty) song of the day by Theodore Botrell.
