USN Mk2 Fighting Knife KaBar

Original WWII US Navy Mk2 fighting knife in USN Mk 2 fibreglass scabbard. The leather washer grip is unusual smooth finish. Early model marked on blade USN Mk2 on one side and Ka-Bar maker name on the opposite side. Blade is original condition with drag marks, well used and frequently sharpened. Scabbard is good condition USN Mk2 with Navy contract number and maker markings on back. Original owner, possibly as GI has scratched his name MARTY into the scabbard.
