Indian made sword bayonet for SMLE No. 1 Mk III rifle. Ricasso clearly marked British Crown over GRI, Mk II (no stars) and dated November 1941 (11-41). RFI marked for Rifle Factory Ishapore. Unfullered 12 inch blade is blued entire length, very good condition without false edge and unsharpened. Inspectors marks on opposite ricasso. Comes in shortened Pattern 1907 scabbard with teardrop frog stud.
