Description

The Walther HP is a pre WWII commercial pistol that led to the adoption of this design as the P38. Serial numbers are matching. Austrian Eagle BH post WWII property marking on left side of frame just above trigger. BH is short for Bundesheer (Austrian Army) indicating this pistol was acquired by Austria after WWII when the army was re-formed. Pistol has US import mark discretely placed on the right side of the frame above the serial number. The deactivation process leaves it with no moving parts and the magazine is not removable. No license or permit required to purchase. For sale in Canada only.
