Description

Ricasso marked Broad Arrow over EFD with Enfield proof and bend mark. Opposite side proofed and dated ‘98 (1898) with sold out of service marking.  Blade has marking LOL 618 etched. Spine has year (and model) /’90 marked with Enfield proof. Overall 40 inches, blade is 34 ½ inches. Bowl is marked B over RCD over 114 which may indicate use by the Royal Canadian Dragoons and the marking is stroked out. Scabbard marked Broad arrow, Enfield proof and date ’98. No regimental marking.
