Enheits Pass size 8 ½ x 10 ½ inches. This large printed heavily used ‘ZG.102K, Einheits-Pass or safe conduct pass leaflet. These surrender leaflets were fired by the artillery of the 12th and 6th U.S. Army Groups. This is one of the largest surrender leaflets printed and used by the Allies during WWII and shows some fold marks where kept in the pocket by German or US soldiers. Accompanying this is a 5 ½” x 8” “Passierschien”, Safe Conduct Pass and a Prisoner of War tag which has been used as writing paper dated March 16, 1945, to send a very interesting message home. Finally a B&W photo 6” x 8” showing US soldiers capturing surrendering Germans. Price is for lot of 4 items.
