BU Ord. (Bureau of Ordnance) M74 Mod. 1 Telescope sight manufactured by Honeywell Ltd. In 1944. This is a gunnery sight with crosshairs visible through optics. Rubber eyecup is soft and pliable. Eyecup cover and lens cover in place. Very good condition. Shows a diagonal surface cut to the body where the forward mounting collar was located. Cut is superficial only and does not penetrate the scope.
