Description

Used by USAAF bomber crews starting late 1943. Fabric covered steel plated provided protection and could be worn over existing leather flying helmets that contained earphones. Original, very good condition with name tag sewn inside helmet, interestingly the helmet model is altered by hand on the name tag.
