Also called the 2 band or Sergeant’s model. BSA 1872 manufacture with WD on butt tang and regimentally marked to the 30^th Battalion, 30 over 229. Steel butt plate and fittings. Birmingham stock cartouche is clearly visible as is DC in diamond with 30 marked beside for 30^th Battalion.  30 ¾ inch barrel has Very Good bore condition, shine with strong rifling. Bar on barrel bayonet lug for mounting Pattern 1860 Yataghan bayonet. No cleaning rod present. Antique firearm, no license required to purchase or own.
