Description

Lock is Enfield dated 1859. Action is tight and extractor works smoothly. Bore is very good overall, bright with lots of rifling and some minor corrosion visible about 4 inches from the muzzle. Stock cartouche clearly visible, no DC marking. Butt tang is marked with broad arrow faintly visible and three other characters not legible. Action Mk II* with WD and proof on bolt. Stock is sound with no cracks or chips. Antique, no licence required to purchase or own.
