Indian made No. 5 bayonet at Rifle Factory Ishapore marked RFI 78 on ricasso with date of 1942 on the opposite side. Made to fit the Lee Enfield No. 5 rifle (Jungle Carbine), it was also used on the Sterling SMG. This bayonet is in VG+ condition including steel scabbard but likely refurbished by RFI in 1978, hence the marking.
