A picquet weight sword, also called a levee weight is shorter and lighter than a full sword and was used for social functions or wear during peacetime guard duty. Blade length 30 inches, width ¾ inch, overall sword length 35 inches. Used, very good condition. Scabbard has very minor dent and some wear/corrosion beneath the hanger.
