Description

West German reproduction during the 1960 – 1970 period of original regimental beer stein lids. Well done pewter reproductions. One lid depicts a sailor in the Imperial German Navy. The other lid has cannon on top of the lid. Both are decorated with heraldry or raised lettering.  The Navy lid has minor damage at the hinge and maker marking on the inside of the lid that is obscured by tarnish. Interesting artifacts.
