Description

RBD marked on blade at ricasso indicates it was issued to the Reichsbahndirektion (RBD) or German National Railway Directorate. RBD is followed by OP which may mean it was issued to an RB division in the city of Oppeln. Very good condition bayonet with bakelite grips, blued blade showing minor wear, no Waffenamt on pommel since it was not military issue. Comes in an unmarked steel scabbard with some black paint finish remaining.
