Military Sea Service pattern flint lock pistol. Lock is TOWER with Crown over GR and Crown with arrow Board of Ordnance mark. Two proof marks on top of the barrel. 15 ½ inch overall length, barrel is 9 inches long. Bore is .65 inch at muzzle. Bore is smoothbore, clear with corrosion. Letters WS stamped into left grip. Note chip out of left side of stock. Antique, no license required to purchase.
