Description

Steel mounted leather scabbard for the Brazilian M1908 bayonet as used on the Brazilian 1908 Mauser rifle. This scabbard is a Brazilian manufactured replacement with FI marking on frog stud for Fabrica Itajuba, the Brazilian state arms factory. Leather and stitching in very good condition. Chape and locket are blued steel with very little blue remaining. The locket appears to have been black painted at some point with signs of paint remaining.
