Well made Swiss bayonet for the Schmidt Rubin 1911 Carbine and 1941 short rifle. Double edge blade in VG+ condition. Maker marked blade ELSENER SCHWYZ, VICTORIA. Crisp original serial number stamped on crossguard. Blade 298mm (11 3/4 inches), 14mm muzzle ring. Original Schmidt Rubin leather belt frog with maker marking and Swiss ownership marks.
