Description

Offered is a blank case with an official adapter for a 12 gauge shotgun shell to be used as the primer. This item is made to military specifications and the number C128 on the base of the adapter is a reference to that specification. Case is 7 3/4 inches long. The 12 pdr gun was a common and versatile artillery piece being 3 inch (76mm) and was used on ships and for coastal defence until the end of WW2.
