Description

Lock marked Crown over VG, 1864 Enfield. Top of breech II*, broad arrow WD. Barrel has numerous proofs with broad arrow WD repeated. DC in diamond is stamped on left side of butt stock. Enfield stock cartouche is clearly visible. Brass butt tang unmarked. Bore is VG, bright with strong rifling, some dark spots and signs of mild surface pitting. Missing front sling swivel. Antique firearm, no licence required to purchase or own.
