Very nice Snider Enfield Mk II’*. Lock marked Crown over VR, Enfield 1864 dated. Action is tight and British proofed, BSA marked. Bore is good, dark with lots of rifling. Stock cartouche is clearly visible. Opposite side of butt stock has Dominion of Canada DC in triangle. Person’s name scratched into wood surface of buttstock as shown in photo. Antique firearm, no licence required to purchase or own.
