French Hotchkiss 37mm “shotgun round” fired from a Hotchkiss 37mm cannon. The brass projectile casing contained shrapnel or ball bearings and detonated over German ground troops during WW One. Overall length 6 ½ inches, Case length 3 ¾ inches. Empty and inert. Rare.
