Refurbished by British resulting in U.S. Property lend lease marking being removed from receiver and complete British bolt installed numbered to rifle with Maltby style early button cocking piece manufactured by Singer (SM). British replacement butt stock manufactured by H. M. Co. Ltd. (H. Morris Company, a UK furniture maker turned stock marker during WW2). Bolt matches receiver. Mk II stamped rear sight. Barres is undated early 6 groove Savage production with US ordnance flaming bomb stamp. VG, clean with strong rifling. Magazine is numbered but does not match serial number of rifle.
