Description

Ricasso is maker marked REMINGTON in circle with date 8  15 (manufactured August 1915). Opposite side shows British broad arrow, bend mark, Enfield inspector’s stamp and American based inspection stamp. No clearance hole in pommel. Blade is sharpened in service.  Scabbard is marked RE on locket. Correct early teardrop frog stud. Good condition overall with some marking on the leather scabbard body. Only 100,000 P07 bayonets were manufactured by Remington for the British so very uncommon.
