Original .58 inch bore Pattern 1839 pistol. Barrel is 6 inches long and overall 12 inches with captive ramrod in very good condition.  Lanyard ring and belt hook. Lock is marked Crown over VR, TOWER 1846. Barrel above the lock is marked C.G. presumably for Coast Guard use. Stock has Board of Ordnance mark on the left side of the wrist.

Original .58 inch bore Pattern 1839 pistol. Barrel is 6 inches long and overall 12 inches with captive ramrod in very good condition.  Lanyard ring and belt hook.
